Chef’s Table
Culinary artistry meets award-winning wine at our Chef’s Table event, hosted at our scenic Farm House. Guests will be greeted with a ‘welcome’ glass of wine ahead of an elegant 4-course wine-paired dinner.
1st Course: Smoked corn, tomato bruschetta, toasted zucchini focaccia • Merlot
2nd Course: Grilled eggplant, chickpea, arugula, pine nuts, lemon olive oil dressing • Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course: Orange fennel porchetta, roasted summer vegetable medley, pecorino polenta cake • Family Reserve Chardonnay
4th Course: Blueberry ice cream, peach French toast bread pudding • Sparkling Chardonnay
This event will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive early to check in at the Tasting Room. Guests will be shuttled to our Farmhouse.
