Chef’s Table
Culinary artistry meets award-winning wine at our Chef’s Table event, hosted at our scenic Farm House. Guests will be greeted with a ‘welcome’ glass of wine ahead of an elegant 4 course wine-paired dinner.
1st Course: Sweet potato huevos rancheros • Petit Manseng
2nd Course: Jicama and orange salad • Dry Riesling
3rd Course: Honey ancho buffalo ribeye cap with red pepper grit cake and roasted golden beets • Cabernet Franc
4th Course: Grilled churro pound cake • Sparkling Riesling
