You’ll enjoy a wine cocktail class in our Barrel Work Room prior to an informational session with Winemaker Ethan Brown, where you’ll learn about the meticulous craftsmanship and passion that goes into each bottle. From vineyard to cellar, you’ll gain insight into the intricacies of sparkling wine production and what makes our offerings truly exceptional.

After, you’ll enjoy a three course lunch at The Farm House. Here, dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients are expertly matched with our wines, enhancing your dining experience. This experience promises to be a symphony of taste and knowledge, leaving you with a deeper appreciation for our wines.

1st Course: Fig focaccia with gorgonzola buttercream Calabrian chili oil
2nd Course: Ragu Bianco, pork braised in white wine cream with mushrooms and tagliatelle pasta 
3rd Course: Honey buttermilk panna cotta blueberry pie filling
