Library Tasting
Join us for a special afternoon where we will deep-dive into our library wine collection and learn about how a wine’s character changes over time and how factors like weather, aging, and winemaking techniques affect the wine. This session will highlight 2017 Malbec, 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Claret, and 2014 Port, each paired with chef-selected cheese pairings.
