Madison Lee White
Our proprietary white blend: Madison Lee White, is a blend dictated by each distinct vintage. The 2015 version is 86% Chardonnay and 14% Riesling. A tantalizing tropical and soft lemony nose is balanced with bright acidity and a pleasant, mellow finish. Refreshing Madison Lee White is your “go-to”, versatile and food-friendly white wine. Serve slightly chilled on a spring or summer evening to compliment most salads, seafood, light soft cheeses or grilled chicken.
Madison Lee Red
Our latest release of Madison Lee Red takes a new direction with an intriguing blend of our best red vintage in years. This medium bodied red is anchored by firm, yet mature tannins that complement and enhance the dark and velvety red fruit and fresh, cinnamon aroma. Serve this accommodating red with Mexican chicken mole to please your next gathering of friends and family or sip on the back porch as the sun goes down.
A wonderful uncomplicated red wine with a sturdy backbone of tannin that is terrific with steaks, pizza, burgers, ribs, wings or BarBQ.
2015 Estate Chardonnay
The golden hued 2015 vintage has a bouquet of fresh pineapple and apricot, layered with hints of brown spice, lemon, vanilla and toasted marshmallow. A round creaminess on the palate offsets a mineral character and brightness from its citrus infused acidity. Our Estate Chardonnay, harvested from a single clone from Dijon, France, whole-cluster pressed. Two different yeast strains are introduced at fermentation, followed by three strains of ML (malo-lactic) inoculation and ‘sur lies’ aging for about 9 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, that completes this classically styled Chardonnay.
Our Estate Chardonnay pairs well with a varity of dishes, from complex preparations of chicken and seafood to herb roasted pork dishes as well as sautéed veal medallions.
