But that’s not all! We’re kicking off our NC Wine Month Porch Party celebrations with a bang by hosting a Kentucky Derby Party and Hat Competition. Get ready for an action-packed day with a variety of exciting activities to keep you entertained. Watch the big race in our tasting room while sipping on our signature Derby wine cocktail, the Peach Mint Julep.
Join us on the terrace for live music by the talented Craig Vaughn, who will be playing from 1pm to 4pm. And don’t forget to dress up in your best Derby-inspired outfit and hat for a chance to win some fantastic prizes in our Hat Competition.
Be sure to take part in our “Wine Derby” in the tasting room, where you can guess which wine will win. We’ll spin the wheel every hour from 2:00pm to 6:30pm, and winners will receive a variety of prizes, including bottles of wine, free concert tickets, 20% off your wine purchase, and free dessert at Harvest Grill. The winner of our Hat competition will receive an overnight getaway package for two at our Hampton Inn, including dinner for two at Harvest Grill and tastings for two in our tasting room.
