Our winemaker Ethan Brown will take you through this fascinating biological process that works so well to create our excellent wines. This session will include a delicious food and wine pairing for lunch and interactive experiences relating to cellaring and fermentation. This is a unique opportunity to learn about our winemaking process in a hands-on, immersive experience and to enjoy some delicious flavors along the way. Joining the first three classes is not a requirement for joining our final course.
