Follow the Vintage: Barrels and Blending

Are you looking to take your wine knowledge to the next level?? Then join us in the NEW event series we’re calling “Follow the Vintage.” This 4-class series offers a deep dive into the art and science of winemaking, from the beginning of the vintage to the end. Each class includes a delicious food and wine pairing, as well as an interactive wine experience that relates to the topic of the class. This is a unique opportunity to learn about wine in a hands-on, immersive experience and to enjoy some delicious flavors along the way. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just starting your wine journey, this course will surely be a memorable and informative experience.

We start this journey with The Barrels & Blending class of the Follow the Vintage event series. It is a unique opportunity to learn about the barrel aging process and wine blending from our Winemaker, Ethan Brown. You’ll get a special tour of the winemaking facilities during the class and participate in a barrel tasting. You’ll also have the chance to get hands-on in a wine blending workshop, where you’ll create a glass of your own custom blend of wine to enjoy at lunch. The class includes a delicious lunch from the award-winning Harvest Grill.
